No. Those are "athletic shoes". If your serious about running, go to a running shoe store to get fitted for the correct shoes for you.

Reply:You need some actual RUNNING shoes. Shoes that are made primarily for running, nothing else. These provide extra support, that other shoes won't give you. And choosing the wrong shoe for running could be horrible!





I'd go to a running store, or a sports store that sells shoes and ask a specialist for the best shoe for YOU.


My personal favorites are asics. They are VERY light, and provide a lot of support.

Reply:the strap looks very flimsy meaning that if you run the strap will come off over and over again


plus the shoe's sole doesnt look like it will give you much support and traction try big5 or footlocker(????)
