How Do I Wash My Running Shoes?

I have a pair of running shoes (not with spikes) and are white with 80% mesh. Is their any way i could wash them without damaging the cushion fibers advertised by the shoe. Will washing them in warm water no soap clean them ???

If you don't want to damage the cushioning, I suggest that you wash only the exterior of the shoe by hand, using a liquid soap. Wipe the soap off with a wet cloth, and then dry them. I would try to not get the cushioning wet, and I would definitely not toss them in a washing machine.
Reply:put them in a sink and put water on them thats how you wash shoes lol

hope this helps !!!
Reply:just dont wash them.

maybe get them in soapy water and then rinse them off... dont put them in a machine. damages the shoe.
