Whats youre preference between types of running shoes? why?

do you prefer lightweight, heavily cushioned, cross-trainers, spikes, etc? why?


this is going to help me decide what my next pair of running shoes will be like.

I personally like Addidas Supernova with cushion support. You should go to your local running store so they can help you decide on what shoe is best for you.

Reply:Ok i wear Mizuno but that's just me. When you r buying shoes just flip thenm so the bottom is facing you then bend them if the bend @ the toes the they are good if they bend @ the arch they r bad
