I have very flat feet, basically no arch at all. I want to start running, but I need to find a good pair of shoes. I wear a size 14, and my feet are also wide.
What are some good running shoes for someone with flat-feet (very low arches)?
Runners with flat arches benefit from motion control shoes. Since you're a size 14, I'm going to assume that you are medium to large framed. Some great shoes include the Asics Gel Evolution and the New Balance 1122. These companies also have wide sized shoes, so you should no difficulty finding the right size for you.
I recommend that you go to a specialty running shoe store and take them for a spin on their treadmill or parking lot. The right one for you will be the one that fits your feet the best.

Reply:I have flat feet and no arch, I went to a specialized running store in the Detroit area and they suggested the Brooks - Adrenaline GTS-7. I'm on my second pair and they work very well.
Reply:I buy Asics running shoes - wear them most of the time. I have size 10 flat feet EE right foot %26amp; EEE left foot. They fit pretty well (no blisters anyway).
