I am most probably going to start cross country soon and I need some good running shoes. What are the best ones you can recommend that don%26#039;t cost more than about $100 to $110.

Reply:You are going to want to go to a running store so they can fit your properly. Make sure it is a good running specialty store NOT a place like dickssporting goods, city sport or models. Asics and Muzunos are my fav, but the people at the store will help you out. You will also need racing spike, i recommend nike, but only for spikes, not for trainers. Here are some too look at:
