Reply:Brooks Cascadia! I love these shoes. The colors are very bright, which you might love or hate, but the shoes are great.





I run rocky or root-y trails, with hills.
Reply:I prefer New Balance for all my trail runnning. Asics are good as well, but the soles wear out too quikly.


I ususally run the 5-10K trails around golf courses. The nicer parts have granite pebbles, but it%26#039;s mostly dirt, pine straw, and rocks.
Reply:I also bought Brooks Cascadia this year. The color is pretty outrageous -- maybe in a good way though -- and they have a nice solid bottom yet remain lightweight. I%26#039;m a big fan.
