When using running insoles, should I take the original insoles out of my running shoes?

Due to some knee pain I%26#039;ve been having while running I have had some insoles sent to me for my running shoes. Although this should be a common-sense question, I am unsure as to if I simply put them into my shoes as is or if I should take out the original insoles that came with the running shoes.

yeah defiently take out the original sole. as with any insert you should do this :)
