Blisters from my running shoes?

I have a really good, comfortable pair of running shoes. But when I%26#039;m walking or running, I end up with blister on my heel. What can I do to avoid this??

It%26#039;s frustrating as well as painful.

Blisters from my running shoes?
speaking from experience, i and alot of other military personell, would get blisters from long marches in combat boots. try wearing ankle high nylons(panty hose) under your socks. i know that sounds kinda funny coming from a guy but it works.
Reply:Grab some %26quot;mole skin%26quot; from your local Corner Store i.e. walgreens, etc...

That will help break them in. Oh, and you might even look into some thicker socks. =)
Reply:I went thru a period when I%26#039;d get blisters. It lasted for a few months. I%26#039;d put Vaseline all over my feet and toes before a run. Eventually, I stopped using the Vaseline and the blisters did not return.

Good Luck
Reply:If you really like the shoes I would go with the Nylon under the socks suggestion. It works well I know from experience.
Reply:If the shoes fit correctly and you are wearing good socks you should not be getting blisters.

You can buy a product called mole skin that sticks to the inside of the shoe that can help reduce blisters.

First I would make sure the shoe fits correctly.
Reply:put band-aids around ur ankle
Reply:use bandaids and extra socks ☻
