Good running shoes?

I am training for a marathon and need to buy some good running shoes...anyone have any suggestions?

Good running shoes?
Everyone is different, so I recommend that you head on out to your local running store and ask them for a good recommendation. They%26#039;ll take a look at your training patterns, your gait, and probably take a look at your feet to determine the best shoe for you.

I don%26#039;t think there%26#039;s a magical %26quot;best shoe%26quot;. My best shoe isn%26#039;t necessarily going to be your best shoe as our feet our different.

That%26#039;s why I recommend going to the running store. You%26#039;ll pay a little bit more, but you are also buying their exerpertise as well.

I%26#039;ve had good luck with Brooks Adrenalines and any high-end New Balance. Nike%26#039;s were super comfortable but wound up trashing my knees... not sure why but I no longer wear them.

Good luck.

Reply:Nike brand is my absolute favorite. They%26#039;re comfortable and really work well with the way that I run.
Reply:i would deffinetly go with the brand Asics they are amazing, lightweight with support and they feel like your walking on clouds
Reply:Asics make a great running shoe. I also hear that New Balance is very good, but I haven%26#039;t had any experience with them.
