What type of track/running shoes should I get for my feet?

I%26#039;m not sure what%26#039;s wrong with my feet, but I have a couple of problems with them.

When I run a long distance, they start to hurt. Even if I jump rope for 20 minutes, they start to hurt. My coach says that its because I have flat feet, and I think she may be right.

Are there any special kind of running shoes for feet like mine?

I don%26#039;t know why everyone is talking about insoles. You need motion control running shoes that are made for people with feet that have low or no arch.

A real running shoe store can get you the right shoe.

Here are various good brands of motion control shoes:

Reply:If you are correct you may need to see a podiatrist for orthodic inserts.

A good running shoe store can tell you what you need to do before seeing the doctor.
Reply:Having flat feet puts one%26#039;s lower extremites, including lower back, out of alignment, which over time leads to a myriad of problems that may progressively worsen. If you%26#039;d like to correct your flat feet let me know--k.sordo@gmail.com
Reply:Try the doctor Scholls or whatever gell paddings and foot lotion for her
Reply:I dont know if there are certain shoes for flat footed people or not,

but

Try Saucony shoes, for running and everything, they are great. I own like 5 pairs and I wear them all the time.
