check out this link. it shows you what kind of arch you have, which means it is easier to pick the perfect shoe for you! If you need arch support, I pretty much suggest shoes from asics. they are very comfortable! if you are looking for clothing, then I suggest these for shorts:http://www.anacondasports.com/ProductDis...

hope it helped!
Reply:well ok running is more stretched out then more people know. if you want to get shoes that you will be able to run faster in go ahead and try to find a shoe that is lightweight and doesn%26#039;t have to much insole in the heel. but if you want to run for long distances then getting that heel insole is key. another thing is the distance shoes tend to be a lot more comfortable to run in. I personally recommend asics for the brand of shoe. They can be pricey but very comfortable and they last. And as for clothes just go to the website and pick something out. unless your running competitively, it doesn%26#039;t really matter.
Reply:For shoes, I would suggest either Asics, Brooks, or Saucony. Nikes have been known to be hard to keep clean, and adidas are better for basketball. Go to a running store and get advice on shoes that would work best for you. It really depends on the distance you run, and shape of your foot. Clothes shouldn%26#039;t be too tight and they should not interfere with running. An air-wick brand like Under Armour, Nike, or Adidas is good because they have been known to do better than cotton.
Reply:Nike Asics and Saucony are the best, all others are inferior. You get what you pay for with running shoes the price usually reflects the quality...running clothes...Sporthill is the best
Reply:addidas, nike,
Reply:there is nike which are fun and light weight if you start do run lots then pay more for better brand but nike is good start
