What the best type of running shoes i can buy?

i run 3 miles monday thru friday and bumb it up a mile ever two weeks the shoes i run in are not running shoes need some help holla back

What the best type of running shoes i can buy?
Go to a running store.

The employees there should be trained in evaluating your feet, so they will be able to tell you whether you have low, normal, or high arches, which greatly affects which type of shoe you need.

They%26#039;ll give you several different choices for shoes. I personally like Nikes, but Asics are the most popular these days, so they must be good. Just be sure to jog around in the shoes inside the store before you buy them to make sure you like how they fit. Running shoes are expensive, so be sure you%26#039;re getting ones you%26#039;ll actually be able to run in.
Reply:Give me thumbs down. Locos suck like ticks. Report It

Reply:Loco Running Shoes. It%26#039;s a brand by the guys who made the old nike%26#039;s that were actually good quality. Here%26#039;s the website:

PS: Whatever people say about them, don%26#039;t buy spiras, the springs aren%26#039;t good for your feet.
Reply:i would definately go with ASICS. they are the best shoes ever. other wise just get a brand that is comfortable for you....
Reply:Go to a good running store and get your run evaluated. I was having all kinds of problems and injuries. When I went they had me get on a treadmill, they video tape you running, then they play it back in slow motion to see how you run. I have a really badroll to the outside so they fitted me with a shoe to help that problem (for me it was a certain type of Nike).

I haven%26#039;t had problems since - I run 5 miles a day.

I would imagine that most cities have at least one store like this. Here in Boulder all of the specialty running stores do it.
Reply:try Nike Air Pegasus or NIke Air Vomero..good cushioning for running..esp when you run all the time..protects your ankles and knees as well...
Reply:I would go to a store that specializes in selling running shoes. Some good shoes are made by ASICS, Brooks, New Balance, and Saucony. You might also want to look at getting a pair of inersoles to put in the shoes. They really help me.
