Do spring loaded running shoes make you run faster with less fatigue?

Are they better then the leading running shoes?

Do spring loaded running shoes make you run faster with less fatigue?
This myth started when Wile Coyote used giant springs to catch the road runner in their famous desert race of 1964. Unfortunately what they didn%26#039;t tell you is that Wile was also training for two years with the top Olympic coaches of the time, plus he hired a nutritionist and physical therapist for injuries.

Turns out the only thing that really works is training and diet, this is just another ad campaign by those sly devils at the ACME company.
Reply:not faster. Laws of physics probably prevent that.
Reply:I bought a pair of Air Jordans once, but I didn%26#039;t make the NBA.
Reply:Don%26#039;t know which spring loaded shoes you are referring to, but I had a pair of running shoes that had a coil in the heel and a coil in the forefoot. Since I have high arches and need lots of cushion, they were great.

Don%26#039;t look for gimmicks to make you better at anything.

Good Luck
Reply:i personaly run better in my beat up pair of asics but you can choose what you run beter in
Reply:NO. Nike Shox actualy can contribute to ankle injury due to the elevated heel.
