what are the best running shoes?


i dont want nike shox though because


they are kinda heavy, i want light weight shoes.

Weight should not be the major issue, unless they are racing flats and you need to shave a couple ounces off due to where you are racing-wise in your region. Comfort and durability are so vital..but I would stick to the Nike brand when choosing a trainer/racer.

Reply:asics are good ones. i have the adreneline 6 ones-they work on the track or trail and wiegh less than ur average nike.

Reply:Nike or Converse or even Adidas. Basetball shoes with the high ankles are good too because really good basketball players run...ALOT! so i would go with one of thoses.
